Cooke & Company, Inc. and the American Disability Representation Specialist Association (ADRSA)represent Social Security disability claimants with both Title II Retirement, Survivors & Disability Insurance (RSDI) and Title XVI Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims. We take claimants at all stages of the disability process including Initial Application, Reconsideration, Administrative Law Hearing and Appeals Council review.

We understand that physical or psychological disability derails lives and destroys families. While headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Cooke & Company, Inc. currently represents disability claimants in three of the Social Security Administration’s 10 national administrative regions. Operationally this includes 15 Offices of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR), and 116 local Social Security Field Offices (FO). Cooke & Company, Inc. further separates these offices into three internal operational regions as noted below. (The ODAR cities are in Bold Type while the associated Field Office communities are in regular type.) Cooke & Company, Inc. accepts claimants outside of these regions and offices on a case-by-case basis.
